These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your access and use of SilentLink (the "Service"), a graph database application provided by Server Less Limited. Please read them carefully.
If you access or use the Service, it means you agree to be bound by all of the terms below. So, before you use the Service, please read all of the terms. If you don't agree to all of the terms below, please do not use the Service. Also, if a term does not make sense to you, please let us know by emailing support@silentlink.com.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For instance, we may need to change these Terms if we come out with a new feature or for some other reason.
Whenever we make changes to these Terms, the changes are effective 30 days after we post such revised Terms (indicated by revising the date at the top of these Terms) or upon your acceptance if we provide a mechanism for your immediate acceptance of the revised Terms (such as a click-through confirmation or acceptance button). It is your responsibility to check SilentLink for changes to these Terms.
If you continue to use the Service after the revised Terms go into effect, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.

From time to time, we may provide you with links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. Your use of the Service may also include the use of applications that are developed or owned by a third party. Your use of such third party applications, websites, and services is governed by that party's own terms of service or privacy policies. We encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third party application, website or service that you visit or use.
When you create an account or use another service to log in to the Service, you agree to maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to any data or other information you provide to the Service.
If you discover or suspect any Service security breaches, please let us know as soon as possible at support@silentlink.com.
Each account is for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials with others. For collaborative work, please use our workspace features available on certain subscription plans.
SilentLink offers both free and paid subscription plans. The features, storage limits, and usage restrictions for each plan are described on our pricing page at https://silentlink.com/pricing. These Terms apply to both free and paid users.
When you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).
All subscriptions operate on an automatic renewal basis unless you cancel your subscription by providing 30 days' notice as described in the Cancellation section below.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA SUBSCRIBERS: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as applicable) and you will be charged the then-current subscription fee plus any applicable taxes unless you cancel your subscription by providing 30 days' notice before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing the cancellation button in your Account Settings page or by contacting us at support@silentlink.com. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current paid billing period.
You have the right to request and receive from us a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment, as described in the Cancellation and Refunds section below.
All prices quoted exclude applicable taxes (including VAT, sales tax, or other transaction taxes) unless stated otherwise on our pricing page. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location and will be clearly displayed before payment.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to the payment processor's terms of service. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
If a payment fails, you will receive a warning email and will have until the end of that day to update your payment information in your account settings. Payment will be automatically retried when you update your payment information.
If you do not update your payment information by the end of the day, your access to the Service may be restricted. If payment issues remain unresolved, your account and data may eventually be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may change our subscription prices from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers by email with at least 30 days' notice. The email will specify whether existing customers will be grandfathered at their current price or subject to the new pricing.
If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the Account Settings page. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice.
During the 30-day cancellation notice period:
After your paid period ends, your account will revert to the free plan (if available) or your access will be terminated.
All users (regardless of location) may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment if they are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason. To request a refund, contact us at support@silentlink.com within 14 days of the payment date.
After the 14-day refund period, refunds are only provided if you were billed in error.
If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your prepaid subscription period, at our sole discretion.
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the date of first payment and receive a refund, minus the proportionate cost of services provided during that period if the service has been fully accessed. EU consumers may use the model withdrawal form provided in Appendix A, though this is not mandatory. Cancellation can also be submitted through the Account Settings page.
When you cancel your subscription, your graph data will be retained for 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your data before cancellation if you wish to retain it.
Our Service allows you to create and store graph databases containing nodes and edges. You retain full ownership of all data you store in SilentLink.
When you store content in the Service, you grant us only the limited right to store, process, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service to you and to any collaborators you designate in shared workspaces. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit permission.
You can remove the content that you posted by deleting it through the Service. Once you delete your content, it will not appear in the Service, but copies of your deleted content may remain in our system or backups for up to 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We will retain web server access logs for a maximum of 12 months and then delete them.
You can export your graph data at any time in JSON format through your account settings. There are no fees for exporting your data.
You are responsible for the content that you make available to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
You may not post, link, or otherwise make available on or through the Service any of the following:

Some subscription plans allow you to create workspaces where multiple users can collaborate on graph databases.
The workspace owner retains administrative control over the workspace and is responsible for ensuring that all workspace activity complies with these Terms. All workspace collaborators should maintain their own backups of important data.
If a workspace owner's account is terminated or if a workspace is deleted, all collaborators will lose access to that workspace's data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from workspace deletion or account termination.
Workspace members may only access workspaces to which they have been explicitly granted access. Unauthorized access to workspaces is strictly prohibited.
We target 99% uptime for the Service but do not guarantee it. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We will communicate scheduled maintenance through our service status page accessible via the SilentLink website.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
SilentLink will provide the Service in conformity with the description and functionality set out on our website. We will provide necessary updates (including security updates) to maintain conformity during your subscription period. As SilentLink is a web-based application, updates are applied automatically and you will be notified of significant updates.
We may modify or update the Service from time to time. If a modification negatively affects your access to or use of the Service beyond what you could reasonably expect, we will notify you with reasonable notice. If the modification has a significant negative impact, you may terminate your subscription and receive a proportionate refund for any prepaid period.
If the Service does not conform with these Terms, you may require us to bring it into conformity at no cost to you. We will do so within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you. If we cannot bring the Service into conformity, you may be entitled to a price reduction or termination of your subscription and a proportionate refund.
Our obligation to provide conforming Service continues throughout your subscription period.
We put a lot of effort into creating the Service including, the logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information and other content (excluding your content). This property is owned by us or our licensors and it is protected by U.K. and international copyright laws. We grant you the right to use it.
However, unless we expressly state otherwise, your rights do not include: (i) publicly performing or publicly displaying the Service; (ii) modifying or otherwise making any derivative uses of the Service or any portion thereof; (iii) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (iv) downloading (other than page caching) of any portion of the Service or any information contained therein; (v) reverse engineering or accessing the Service in order to build a competitive product or service; or (vi) using the Service other than for its intended purposes. If you do any of this stuff, we may terminate your use of the Service.
You may create a hyperlink to the Service. But, you may not use, frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any of our trademarks, logos or other proprietary information without our express written consent.
Server Less Limited makes no claim or representation regarding, and accepts no responsibility for third party websites accessible by hyperlink from the Service or websites linking to the Service. When you leave the Service, you should be aware that these Terms and our policies no longer govern.
If there is any content on the Service from you and others, we don't review, verify or authenticate it, and it may include inaccuracies or false information. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees relating to the quality, suitability, truth, accuracy or completeness of any content contained in the Service. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of or reliance on any content.

We will investigate all valid complaints and may remove content or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
If you are located in the United States, you may also submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent at support@silentlink.com. Your notice must comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access to the Service for users who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers.

THE SERVICE AND ANY OTHER SERVICE AND CONTENT INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN AS IS OR AS AVAILABLE BASIS WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE AND CONTENT INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WHETHER ALLEGED TO ARISE BY OPERATION OF LAW, BY REASON OF CUSTOM OR USAGE IN THE TRADE, BY COURSE OF DEALING OR OTHERWISE.
IN NO EVENT WILL SERVER LESS LIMITED BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE AND/OR CONTENT INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR ARE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND UNDER ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SERVER LESS LIMITED IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THIS SECTION WILL BE GIVEN FULL EFFECT EVEN IF ANY REMEDY SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
If you are a business user, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees, costs, penalties, interest and disbursements) we incur in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party relating to your use of the Service or the use of the Service by any person using your account, including any claim that your use of the Service violates any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party, and/or your violation of these Terms.
If you are a consumer, you are only liable for loss or damage we suffer that is a foreseeable result of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service. You are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable or that results from our failure to comply with these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
However, if you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
You expressly agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
However, if you are an EU consumer, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence. If you are a U.S. consumer, you may have rights to bring proceedings in your state of residence under applicable state consumer protection laws.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@silentlink.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
EU consumers can access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for resolution of disputes.
You agree that you and Server Less Limited will not commence against the other a class action, class arbitration or other representative action or proceeding.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the cancellation process described in the Cancellation and Refunds section above.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:
For less serious violations, we will provide 7 days' notice and an opportunity to cure the violation before terminating your account.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your data will be retained for 90 days as described in our Privacy Policy, after which it will be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting your data before termination.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. No waiver of any term of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.K., U.S., or EU government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.K., U.S., or EU government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.K., U.S., or EU government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or subscription to any third party without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so without our consent will result in immediate termination of your account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Server Less Limited regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Server Less Limited relating to your use of the Service.
Please let us know what you think of the Service, these Terms and, in general, SilentLink. When you provide us with any feedback, comments or suggestions about the Service, these Terms and, in general, SilentLink, you irrevocably assign to us all of your right, title and interest in and to your feedback, comments and suggestions.
